SHIV SHAHI, PE
Mr. Shahi has over fourteen years of varied and progressive experience in civil, environmental and construction field in both public and private sectors (local and international); possess a comprehensive background and expertise in engineering design, project planning, construction projects and management. Mr. Shahi has a strong skill-set in project due diligence, technical feasibility studies, budget development, engineering design, scheduling, contract negotiations, technical evaluations and quality control. Mr. Shahi holds Masters Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer and Certified General Contractor in State of Florida. Mr. Shahi is also a licensed realtor and licensed mortgage broker in the State of Florida.
SCOTT L. LAMBERSON
For the past 30 years, Mr. Lamberson has overseen construction projects over $600 million and 5-million of square feet of commercial property including the Gardens Mall (Palm Beach Gardens, FL), The Breakers Hotel (Palm Beach, FL), and the Ritz Carlton Golf Club and Spa in Jupiter, Florida. Outstanding construction firms such as Kajima International, The Weitz Company, and Catalfumo Construction have relied on Mr. Lamberson's vast experience in all areas of construction management. His expertise runs the gamut from Preconstruction to Closeout enhances AEC’s ability to best serve our Design/Build clients.
MARC A. SPUNGIN
Mr. Spungin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees from both the Wharton School of Business and the Moore School of Electrical Engineering. Mr. Spungin has experience managing assets for organizations having assets in excess of $1 billion. Both his strategic planning and analytical skills benefit AEC and its customer base.
